- Returns -
If you are unhappy with an item, please feel free to return it to us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact me at [email protected] and include your order number in your message.
- Refunds (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It may take some time for your refund to appear in your bank account. Before reporting your refund missing, please contact your bank and/or credit card company to inquire if it is processing with them. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me at [email protected].
- Exchanges (if applicable) -
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send me an email at [email protected].
- Shipping -
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we have no control over external shipping services.
- Sale items (if applicable) -
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
